Circle Lenses- SAFTY FIRST

I know there is being a lot of talk about how bad, if bad at all this new trend. And Is it new.
Some say Lady GAGA started it, Youtube make-up guru continued it, World followed. Well may be there are some people who did not know about circle contact lenses before. And those who wore them for years started to question their safety?

Well short answer is: YES, It is SAFE.
Here is long answer that will answer WHY?:
If person take care of his/her lenses and religiously follow routine of cleaning and storing, there should be no problem. After all circle lenses are the same as regular lenses, They even made from FDA approved materials, lenses themselves for some reason are not approved. So no doctor (worried about liability issue) will prescribe you circle lenses. Lenses however approved by all asian counties.

(I personally think: By putting away US FDA approval process, GEO, EOS and other circle lenses manufacturers have lost and continue loosing big potential market share)

So if you bought you circle lenses online, follow instructions in the box. (If you do not have instructions go on official site of manufacturer, or ask online store that you bought it from).

FAQ about safty:
Question: How long can I wear circle contact lenses?
Answer: about 6-8 hours, it is little less than most other types of brands, because of water percentage.

Question: How long can I use them? 2 months, 12 months
Answer: You can store unopened bottle for 3 years!!! (Shelf life)
And In you case for a year, according to manufacturer. I would suggest to be on the safe side and not to use them for more than 3 months. Special ultrasonic cleaners may make their life little longer.

Question: I am so excited about my new circle lenses, Can I wear them right from the box?
Answer: No. Solution in the bottle/vial/blister is for storage (for 3 years), you may burn your eye. It is not as bad as it sounds, just some redness. But you defiantly want to keep them in regular solution at list for 6 hours.
